A group of shopkeepers in Miyanaj [Miyanah] write to a cleric about an Armenian named Sarkiz, the liquor seller, who has purchased a building in the center of Miyanaj. People gather there to drink at night, they get drunk and behave dishonorably. Despite the signers' complaints against him, the government of Miyanaj has done nothing and has deferred the issue to the government of Tabriz.

Petitions from wives of Na’ib Husayn Kashani: 1- a petition from Na’ib Husayn Kashani's wife to Shukuh al-Mulk in which she talks about the hardships she and the other wives of Na’ib Husayn and their children facing. She mentions that when Mushir al-Dawlah was Prime Minister, it was decided that a stipend (6 qirans) would go to two of Na’ib Husayn's incarcerated comrades in addition to a payment to his wives. ʻAli Akbar Bashmaqchi writes to Farmanfarma to ask him to give wheat to his mother, saying that she goes to the baker every day and returns empty handed. As a response, Farmanfarma ordered Mujir al-Mulk, the governor of Burujird, to give her 50 mans [equals to 150 kg] of wheat.

Tuba Khanum's petition
Tuba Khanum complains that despite having taken care of Hisam al-Mulk's daughter, Husayn Khan (the son of ‘Ali Bayg) has turned her against Tuba. She then recounts how after she rented her tragacanth field to Muhammad, Husayn sent some of his men to beat him up and kick him out of the field when he went out to pick the tragacanth. They also beat him another time and left him injured.
